I have always had a great experience here. Great, personable service and product! I love that there are so many different options for product. And it's all great quality and so cute. There was one time a mistake was made, and Amanda (the owner) was the only one who could do something about it at the time. She was out of the shop that day, but she took the time to get it resolved even though she wasn't working. I so appreciated that!! I feel lucky that we have their great business here in town!
Recently I needed a lawn sign for my daughters birthday. I called last minute (just a few hours before we needed it) and they bent over backwards to do it same day. It made a Covid Birthday extra special.
Amanda is our favorite photographer and has taken our family, special occasion, dance, and sports photos for years and we love her. She is always patient and works with us to capture our best moments. Her prices are also very fair!
Great place to get all of your photo needs
DO NOT COME HERE. Their customer service is non existent. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted. When I met with the owner to do my business cards she didn't even acknowledge me or give me her name. I had to ask for it. She was also in a rush even though I booked my appointment three weeks out. On top of everything, They refuse to fix it free of charge even though they committed the error. My dad went in to see if they can please fix it and they straight up lied to him saying I filled out my customer form "hours" later. Then when he asked for my customer form, they couldn't find it. It disappeared. Not to mention, when I was speaking to them politely to get this resolved, they got super defensive and aggressive and spoke to me in a non professional manner. I had recommended them to friends and family starting up their own business and they were going to use them but they're not anymore. They lost me as a customer and many others. They're getting this bad review, all because they don't want to correct error and it would have only cost them $11. And that's the consumer price, I'm sure it's actually cheaper for them than that. Unbelievable. I'M NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.
Amanda has a great eye for design and is always helpful! She has done several different things for our business (window decals, vinyl lettering, and photo printing.) The Print Shop is also a huge supporter of community events! Thank you for all you do!
