My experience was great! Everyone was so friendly and not pushy! We went into the Everett Mall Way location in Washington. The guy that helped us spend lots of time going over all the pros and cons of each one. When we told him we needed to go home to think about it he wasn’t annoyed at all! We called a couple days later to order one over the phone. Awesome customer service!
Evan solved my narrow staircase dilemma and saved me so much money! I went to Mattress Firm because my daughter and son-in-law are coming to visit. I found a mattress and frame online that would fit up my stairs but the frame was not at the store. Evan provided me with a better, adjustable frame (Which I put in my own bedroom). I updated the master bedroom and furnished the guest room and stayed within budget.
I cannot express how great of an experience we had buying a mattress from Evan at this Mattress Firm. They took great care in their safety precautions and I’m so glad I was able to still try mattresses out during these uncertain times. Evan was very knowledgeable and truly worked to understand the best option for my sleep needs. I’d recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone I know. 10/10!!!!
Immediate service upon walking to the door. all my questions answered. The salesman, Evan, was more interested in finding what worked for me and not trying to sell me the most expensive thing on the floor. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything it was a very easy shopping experience
