Danielle McMillan was an excellent wireless account manager. Not only did she win me over from AT&T however she has convinced me Verizon is the best carrier hands down. Porting over my number took quite some time and every system issue that could go wrong did go wrong however her ability to overcome any technical issues was amazing.nnShe was professional, kind, not to mention informative all at the same time. I had been with AT&T for almost 20 years and as a real estate agent I pride myself in my ability to interact with people.
