I disagree with some of the other reviews. The people here were very helpful. If you like to cook, this is a must stop store. They have a great selection of Henkel knives, and I really enjoy their Parma nonstick cookware. My wife has splurged on their wine glasses, which are really quite good.
The Manager Rob was super friendly, he gave me helpful information from to make the right choice for me.
The worst experience in outlet ever. Never visit again. Rudely service attendant. What that mean if I don't buy it, I should never try it???? If I don't try the knife, how should I know it's working for us? You left the knife on cutting board without any sign that don't allow me to try it! Then it became my fault when I try it? Seriously? And How can you say I shouldn't try if I don't buy??? Definitely Ruin my dayuff01
