I absolutely love posting positive reviews on a company that we use. I honestly think more positive reviews should be posted especially when the work is done above and beyond your expectations when if something goes wrong people are quick to post negative reviews. I can normally tell if an appointment will go well depending on if the vendor is on time, well mannered and very responsive to my questions and needs. After my first meeting with this company on a late night after working hours because it a last minute call anyway due to previous vendors either being non responsive or flaky Jays Flooring showed up on time. He showed me his selection of carpets which he had many to choose from and we went over his pricing which was competitive as well. Once we agreed upon all the terms, he showed on time to our property and his crew was effective and efficient when removing the existing carpet/padding and installing the new and was done within 4 hours. They didn't leave a mess anywhere. They cleaned up when they were done and took all their trash with them. I was very impressed with their workmanship and how fast they got their work done. I have used them again on that same property and will continue to use their services. I do highly recommend this company and will continue to give him additional business in the future. I've now worked with Jay and his team 3 times for carpet and wood flooring installation in 3 different condos. Jay is responsive to questions, flexible and easy to talk with. Each team has been professional, careful and respectful.nnToday they were all wearing masks, on time, kind and helpful. The install is beautiful and they paid attention to the details. They cleaned up inside and out.nnI would highly recommend Jay's Flooring LLC.

Jay and his team were very prompt to respond to my request for quote--did an excellent job scoping out the project--provided a fair and reasonable quote, and when it came time to do the work---they showed up on time, worked very hard, and finished on time. Jay is super professional and did a phenomenal job! He came out to a home I was listing to sell within days of my calling to get a flooring quote. He had the entire job quoted, scheduled, and finished within 4 days I believe and it looks amazing! Since then I have referred him out to more clients and colleagues after seeing what he can do. He’s my go to carpet and flooring man from here on out!

Jay & his crew exceeded my expectations by far. The install met all my HOA requirements and they completed 3 large rooms and a hallway in less than 2 days work. That was awesome! Start to finish everything was on point and the floors turned out beautiful! I recommend Jay’s Flooring to anyone who wants to get an excellent job done at a great price!
