Went in ready to spend a few hundred on a couple of basic computers. When I asked for help (not that it was offered) the two tech guys lied to me about what I needed and how much it would cost. When I pointed out they were wrong they just spoke over me and ignored what I said. Guess I'll be spending my money else where from now on.
I honestly will never go here again. I was looking to get a brand new desk and a chair for my son for his room and expecting to spend a lot of money.nBeing a single Mom, I brought my two sons with me, of course being safe and wearing masks.nWe were not greeted as we walked in at all. We brought our cart to the back where the desks were and waited for about 20 mins and no one had offered any help nor said anything to us. At that point I just looked at the desks in boxes stacked next to each other like files and picked it out and lifted a boxed desk into our cart by myself. We got to the check out and I paid for the desk we got plus other items, and I was not offered any help to my car. I actually struggled to get the boxed desk into my car which was not fun.nStaples it would be much appreciated if you taught your employees common knowledge and courtesy.nEven your neighbors Albertsons knows how to ask their customers if they need help with their groceries.nSuch a horrible experience here.
The Service was amazing, I was greeted right when I came in the door and was helped by Brooklynn. She did a wonderful job of helping me find the ink I was looking for. And her people skills are unbelievable!!
Great Customer service from the Marysville Staples crew.nThey were quick to process my Print order, they gave me a call to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, Jake had it ready to go - Perfect!
Service was great and for the most part the selection was good. Computer software was skimpy and prices were a little high.... BUT they price match so that was great.
