I had a great experience yesterday with David’s customer service. He was very busy assisting plenty of customers throughout the morning all on his own, but he still managed to help me with my complicated and lengthy process with my phones (yes there were three phones involved). I hope Verizon recognizes David as a valuable asset to the company. He was multitasking and he greeted every customer as he acknowledged them walking in the store. I am very happy with the service since other stores in the past did want to assist as well. David was great!
This place has such great employees! Kassandra was awesome and got us exactly what we were looking for. She made us feel like home with conversation!
Long wait times, not enough staff. The staff they do have is extremely knowledgeable.
Had an awesome experience getting my new phones! The whole staff was awesome!
Had to wait for a long time before I was helped, and was there probably a half an hour before anyone asked what I needed. Once they got done helping others got my new phone and all my stuff transferred. This store does seem a little over priced.
