Purchased a glass cover for my cell phone screen, yet the store was out of stock, so the associate ordered 2 glass covers to be send to my home. Brought my phone in and Edwin took the time to put it on for me!! Wonderful customer service from this t-mobile store. Thanks guys for all your help.
An error on your side created a change of ship of date for the new iphone.nThere was no contacting of the customer, no notification, and a push back date of A PRE ORDERED phone done over a month ago.nHilarious how you think preordering from your store was a good idea, definitely going to a different store. Thank God contact from our end happened or else we probably would never have known or gotten the phone.
If your going there to buy a phone or pay a bill sure the stores fine but twice I've gone to this location to have my phone replaced or a technical issue and both times they immediately turn me away dont even look up my account and tell me to call my phone manufacturer or insurance. This time for example the employee didn't even look up my account he turned me away immediately telling me it will cost me probably 100+ dollars and to call the insurance after calling the insurance claims guys they told me the store should have just exchanged me phone.nnUnless they are making money or doing something easy they are terrible.
Love T-Mobile their customers service is 2nd to none. You really due feel valued.
Richard, Nestor and Brandon were AMAZING! Richard and Nestor stayed 1hour after closing to continue to assist me with transferring my data from my old iPhone to my new one. Unfortunately it still wasn't working ( issue with the phone not the service at all) but the next day I came back in and Brandon and Richard were able to assist me in trouble shooting and updating my new phone, as well as new SIM cards. This is the ONLY local T-Mobile store I ever go to because they go above and beyond all the time.
