Just had the BEST experience with Carter and Tobias. They saved me over $500, literally drove to the Arlington store to get what i wanted exactly, were patient/knowledgeable, got me the newest phone, and did it in my time deadline cause I’ve got an appointment. Could not be more impressed!!!! GO HERE

I'd give zero stars if I could,a mgr.sold me a contract failed too inform me that they had no coverage in our area and I never could use my cellphone, I contacted Sprints Executives and exchanged several emails which they acknowledged I was correct,they allowed termination of contract without penalty however have failed too send the appropriate device return kit instead turning me into collections for which I've continuously disputed their claim of financial responsibility and even submitted to them my proof so sprint was notified and they tried too deny ever having that conversation but emails from them dont get deleted on my account.,so they turned it over to another collection company in which I again disputed the charges and explained my position, they in turn contacted sprint also then they sent me their response of which the collection company didnt block out the contact information of the person who investigated my claim so I contacted them directly and they too denied everything but I stated emails from your executive office dont lie or do they that's not my decision too make so either send me the device return kit or dont get your phone back.,a device return kit was supposed too have been sent but they sent it to house and not p.o.box where we get mail,so it continues too get returned too them.Their claim is we cant send this pkg.to p.o.boxes,yet you can send a customer Bill's and collection notices I found that impossible too believe.So now a small claims civil suit is in process for malicious collection practice and falsifying information about service availability in order too gain a customer. I traded up my phone to them and am out this same exact device as what they're charging me for only its from a different carrier so I'm not only seeking recovery for collection amount but damages to my credit worthiness aswell as loss of phone .there was several attempts too return the device too store and they wouldnt accept it because they had already transferred my other phone onto wherever they do.

They couldn't let me port my existing numbers from other carriers. They couldn't activate the Sprint phones I brought. They didn't have the devices I wanted in stock, and sent me to another store. They couldn't transferring a number from an existing Sprint account to my new account, and sent me to yet 3rd Sprint store. I ended up cancelling service with the satisfaction guarantee clause. It took 2 months for the store to tell Sprint I returned the devices in store. 2 months after cancelling service and returning devices, and countless hours talking with Sprint customer service, I got Sprint to zero out my account by issuing a credit of over $400 for all the fees I incurred after I closed my account.
