Panera Bread

Stopped in here to pick up a to-go order only to find out I had ordered from the wrong cafe! I’m from out of town, had my grandmother waiting in the running car, and was completely frazzled. Brandon and another manager (didn’t get her name!) were extremely understanding and helpful. They called the other location to cancel my previous order and rang the order in here. They went the extra mile and their kindness and patience was very much appreciated.

I got here 3 mins before closing and Kylie, Sarah Cole and were all very sweet! They did not make me feel bad for coming by so late on a weeknight and I had an amazing experience here! I would recommend this specific Panera because of these awesome employees! If I could give it more stars I would! I hope you guys get to see this!

We came here on our way to the outlet mall. This is the 1st Panera I have ever seen with a drive through. There were 2 cars in front of us but it only took about 3 min total to order, pay, and receive the food. I couldn't believe how fast it was. This is faster than any drive through for other places that I have ever been to. Super organized and food was good

I came to this place because the ones back home in Texas are good and service is great ud83dudc4d.nThat is not the case here food is the same; good, service on other hand ud83dudd90ud83cudffb is not . I ordered chili and sandwich and I got my chili ud83cudf36 and no sandwich. The staff said they would make my sandwich ud83eudd6a I’ve been waiting at least 30-45 minutes.

This place has good food, but never rely on curbside pickup. It has never worked out in my favor. Quicker to just go inside and grab your food.
