Recently my Fiancé and I switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon. The process was seamless and stress free. Kris Stanford had answers to all of our questions, not to mention excellent customer service. Safe to say it’s the first time we’ve walked away from a phone store NOT feeling like we got raked over the coals. We added a line + financed a phone, and our plan is still $35 cheaper than Verizon. T-Mobile offers more for less. Big Thank You to Kris Stanford at the Lynnwood location!
