Definitely a must! Very nice and clean, extra tidy. There are 5 hot rooms and 1 cold room with some relaxing space for mixed gender and you have to wear the uniform. Then there is steam room, hottest sauna, hot tub, whirl pool, cold plunge, and showers that are gender separate. Overall best price for the experience
Though smaller than other Korean spas I have been to, they use the space well and it's very clean and relaxing. I got the Q Special as a treat for myself before my wedding, and it was totally worth it. The only caution is that I don't believe it's obviously stated on the website that to enter the hot tubs and get the body scrubs, you must be completely unclothed. I knew this coming in because I'm familiar with Korean spas, but I saw some patrons who looked surprised and uncomfortable as they weren't prepared. That being said, you can still use the hot and cold rooms clothed, and I assume massages are done normally (where you wear underwear).

I understand that people make mistakes or sometimes forget things but as a business or even just in general. When you realize your error, it's your duty to try to make things right.nnWe made an appointment for 5 ladies to come here to celebrate my birthday. After preparing myself, they apparently forgot to call me in as I was waiting for my body scrub. When I approached the owner and asked about it, she was very impolite. She did not acknowledge her/their error and even had the guts to ask for a 'facility fee' after inconveniencing me.nI came here frequently in the past when it was Bella Luna. It changed it's name and is now Q Sauna. Didn't have a good experience there. The owner was rude. Please be careful.
