Customer service was nice, although I bit hard to get in touch with our salesman after the fact. They are not cheap, which was a rude awakening for me, but they also do not force high pressure sales which is nice. If you hate the used car salesman vibe but are willing to spend money then this is the place to go. Once my item is installed and I have had it for a few months then we will see about revising the review. Hopefully to 5 stars.
This place is so amazing. Very impressive. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I’d actually recommend coming to the store and seeing everything. Goodness gracious it’s so awesome!
We love everything we have got from Rich's For The Home. Their high end patio furniture last forever outside, unlike other pieces we have got from other places. They have also been a big advocate and donor of our anti-trafficking work in West Africa through Orphan Relief and Rescue. Thank you Rich's for the Home for making a huge difference and being so amazing.
The team at Rich's made our Coast Spa purchase a great experience. The sales staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Since the spa purchase we have purchased a BBQ island and umbrella. John and his team has been there each time we had a question or purchase.
The sales people were very accommodating and the product line was quite expensive. I enjoyed my visit and cruising through looking at all the newest in shiny and outdoor patio equipment I was amazed by all the newest fire pits. I would recommend that everybody cruise through one of the big britches and enjoy all the outdoor patio equipment.
