Everyone involved was extremely professional and provided all the help needed. The bid and final cost were exactly the same and more than fair. The installers were absolutely amazing and took pride in their work as if they were installing in their own home. A++nnHighly recommend them :)
Great service. Very patient while I took my time to decide on just the right carpet. So helpful. They let me take samples home and even ordered me a large sample that I could keep. They are the best!
Was an awesome experience working with Mike at Nielsen Bros. Flooring. He was patient with us and gave us the time and attention we needed to make the right decisions for our home upgrades. The work was done extremely well and we are more than satisfied with the process and results. Would definitely recommend.

This is your warning right here. I ignored a couple of the negative reviews and hired Nielsen Brothers and regret it terribly. It was the worst experience with a contractor ever. It took months to get our carpet. We lived on sub-floor for weeks. Coordination between flooring installers and carpet installers was left to us as Mike Nielsen did not do his job. Many of the conversations and events that followed led me to believe the company I was dealing with was not entirely scrupulous. Eventually when I threatened a law suit we got the job completed. I stopped into their showroom and talked with a woman I believed to be the office manager who pretty much let it slip that I had been overcharged as well. Now I am learning that the grout in the tile floors I had installed was never sealed. I tried contacting Mike who sent me a link to a product that does not require sealing. After talking to the products technical advisor I learned that could not be the product used in my house... hmm trying to mislead me again. Go another direction!
