Customer service was very good. However, I found the same phone at Best Buy for $300 less, on a $420 phone. I ended up returning my phone and getting a phone from Best Buy. Beware of a $30 'set up' fee that wasn't clearly mentioned and showed up on my final bill. Bottom line good customer service but better deals elsewhere.
Eric was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make all the right decisions. When I had a question, Matthew answered it right away and I felt taken care of and confident in my business interaction with both of them. Keep up the great work.
