I did not feel comfortable here at all, and walked out before the appointment even started. Therapist was late, and rude. Responding to the therapist comments below, she completely lied about me not wearing a mask. I followed all protocols. I called her four times with no answer she finally called back 12 minutes after start of appointment time.—we all have schedules. Then admitted she was on the phone, and didn’t bother to check message which I left as instructed before the appointment time. Honestly surprised to see such blatant lies, when there are witnesses and I have my phone log. Possible deformation of character suit by me to her, based on any acquired video and my phone log. Surely there is a security video for this business which will dispute all her claims. Stupid to lie when there’s proof against what you make up. Big mistake.

I prepaid for a massage and so far I've spent 5 months trying to get it! I booked my first appointment online and showed up to my appointment... The front door was locked and nobody was answering the phone.. there was someone inside cleaning and I couldn't figure out why I was being ignored. I went back to my car and I watched customers walking out w their little waters.. clearly they were seeing people yet I was left outside. I checked my email and someone cancelled my appointment on me not even an hour beforehand! They didn't even have the courtesy to call me! Then the owner called and apologized and said that specific massage therapist, Tammy, didn't feel comfortable working because of covid... Okay so why is that massage therapist on your website showing she's available.. and you can't put me with someone else?! Anyway I was agreeable about it that time.. however, I've been calling to schedule and not one person called me back!! Now their website is down.. I have to say this has been nothing but a horrible experience with horrible customer service!!! I will NEVER come here and I'm disputing with my bank to get my money back! Don't waste your time with this place! Stop using covid as an excuse for your horrible customer service!!! What a scam!

Had my massage here months ago and I booked on Groupon. The massage was relaxing, comfortable and amazing; and price was affordable. Recommended!

Quality massage! She knows what she’s doing and will communicate and adjust accordingly. Felt great after and would highly recommend.

The worst. Was drinking iced coffee DURING the massage. I saw the Mcdonalds coffee cup. I booked two sessions, one for me and one for a friend the next day. After I got my horrible experience, I cancelled my friends and asked Groupon for a refund. Even reading her reply below you can tell she’s a vindictive, unapologetic person with no sense for how to run a business. This is the review I wish someone would have written so I could have avoided wasted money& time.
