Had a truly amazing experience at this store with a salesman named Dayton. He had awesome technical knowledge and was an all around great person to work with. My partner and I have very different preferences, and after years of compromises that left neither of us happy, Dayton helped us find something that we are both genuinely excited to sleep on every night. And, to boot, he was one of the most relaxed sales people I’ve worked with, which completely took the pressure off and made the process enjoyable. Thank you!!!
excellent service. Greg Hatch had amazing knowledge of the products and helped us out amazingly! The records of our previous bed purchase the better part of 15 years ago were available immediately on their computer and thus we were able to zero in quickly on what we were looking for in the store. Many different discounts were applied during the process and the bed we wanted was on a very high discount. This is a high quality business with great products, knowledgeable sales people, and fair prices! I also need to mention that the bed we ordered arrived the next day. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Greg!
Cassie was amazing! Talk about great customer service, honest and up front! She was about to lock up the store when she saw me pull in up front and waited on me offering her time with all my mattress questions and tryouts! Best place hands down and I wish I knew of this place sooner!
Sales rep, Justin Powell is awesome. I planned to shop around and ended up at Matress Firm first. Justin listened to my needs, answered a few questions and provided solid advice. Absolute great experience. No need to shop around. Bought the mattress needed right then. Great service, confident I was extended a fair and reasonable price.
