Awesome store with amazing associates. My husband and I visited this location to search for a new bedroom set and a small kitchen table for our home.nnAt the store, we were greeted by Evelyn. Evelyn was amazing in helping us pick out items that were pleasing to both my husband and I. Evelyn has a keen eye for detail and style. Through her assistance, we were able to find everything we needed including accessories for our home. We appreciate her attention to details and her concerns for what we wanted.nnThank you for the amazing customer service and care.

Honestly, my husband and I had an AMAZING experience at this location. We went in needing to switch a mattress that we found to be uncomfortable. We were kindly greeted by the Ashley staff, who were all very pleasant and sweet. Evelyn was the one who assisted us and she was very patient, personable and kind to us. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. The manager, Adam Huff, was just absolutely wonderful!!! He made sure we were able to get what we needed and went above and beyond to make us happy. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location and asking for Evelyn Palos or Adam Huff for assistance. They will take good care of you and you will receive the BEST customer service. Thank you for all your help, Evelyn and Adam!!!

I had been furniture shopping for a few weeks with no luck. A friend recommended I try Ashley’s furniture and ask for Evelyn. So I did and I absolutely loved her! She was so very helpful, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable! She listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I love my bedroom set and my living room set. From the moment she greeting me until I walked out and even when I called her with questions she is the BEST!!

I was looking to furnish my new house I just bought. My sister in law suggested to check out Ashley so I did. I was blown away by the best customer service they provided me with. My daughter had been shopping at Ashley‘s furniture in Lynnwood and was very pleased with the furniture she had chosen. As a result to that she brought me back the following week to see if I liked anything. I’m very pleased with what I ended up choosing and a great deal on it. And most of all Evelyn was my sales person that helped me out with questions. Evelyn is a very helpful, and delightful person to work with. when I had numerous questions during the following week Evelyn has a very fast response with getting back
