Sleep Number

John was an excellent sales person. He helped us with the various models and to narrow down the choices.nnThe purchase process, scheduling, and setup was very easy.nnWe just received the new bed and are very pleased with the first night of sleep.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience as I’ve had with sleep number and synchrony bank. I have been dealing with sleep number since May. Kevin was my sleep number rep. He was great up to the point where I saw a 36 point drop on my credit score. I was dumbfounded when I called him and asked why this was happening and he told me there was nothing he could do. I proceeded to talk to synchrony bank five times in a three month span. Every single month my credit was being destroyed by synchrony bank/sleep number. I finally figured out that some how Kevin had created a $2,400 unauthorized transaction on my card that was more than the card limit given. I had to get a number from synchrony and go to the Lynnwood store, give them the number to call to cancel this transaction that was never supposed to be there in the first place. So after FIVE MONTHS of me calling and dealing with very bad customer service I finally got this figured out. When I go into the store, shaking in anger that this all could have been fixed so much sooner; I meet the so called “manager” of sleep number. His name is Jeff. And he literally doesn’t care about you or your experience with the company. He could clearly tell that I was upset... and yet there was NO support NO sympathy NO apology NOTHING. My credit went down FIFTY SIX points because of an error on sleep numbers side and he literally didn’t get a F***. After he hung up with the person on the phone to get it cancelled he said unapologetically “it’s done.” This entire experience has made me dislike the product so much. It’s not with the 5k if you’re going to have awful customer service. This wasn’t my fault yet I was treated like it was. Don’t buy a sleep number. It’s not worth it, or if you do DONT GO TO THE LYNNWOOD STORE.
