Quick note first, they moved locations and the mall map and Google suggest they are inside still. They are now outside near the Apple store and Williams Sonoma.nnAppointments are needed right now in the midst of the pandemic. We were the only customers in at the time and employees were wearing masks. There were sanitizing stations in the store which was great.nnI wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us, she was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase in the moment, no rushing, and she answered all of our questions about fabrics, accessories, storage, durability, etc.nnWe loved the giant love sac in the past, and the sactional is very comfortable. The fact that it can be rearranged in to multiple configurations is awesome. Can't wait for ours to arrive. ud83dude0a

I’m excited to get my furniture but I just ordered it and was told it’ll be 6-8 weeks before receiving all of it..... can’t give 5 stars for something I haven’t even seen.
The Sactional looks and feels great. Putting it together was time-consuming, but there were no big problems.
Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Lots of fun picking designing our new couch.
