After sleeping on a purple 3 hybrid mattress for a little over 2 months, we decided it just wasn’t for us, so we came to the Alderwood location looking for options to exchange. Evan was much more than a salesperson, he acted more like a liaison, who guided us through the process of choosing the perfect mattress for us. From the moment we walked in the door, Evan was engaging, by having us choose our preferences of pillows to use while we went on our journey to find the perfect bed. Not only did Evan have our best interest in mind when it came to comfort, he also kept our budget in mind, and didn’t try to sell us something we couldn’t afford. In the end, we chose a beauty rest black hybrid mattress, and we also got an adjustable base included for the same price as the purple! We couldn’t be more happy with our experience at mattress firm, and would recommend the Alderwood location to anyone that is looking for a great night’s sleep. Just make sure to ask for Evan!

We recently replaced a well worn mattress with one purchased at this location. We went in with an idea what we wanted. After a few questions the salesperson Chris was amazing at pointing us to ones he thought would meet our need and then letting us move around the store on our own exploring. We ultimately ended up choosing one of the first he suggested and love it. The delivery was quick efficient and perfect from our point of view. They left taking all the trash and our old mattress leaving us only with making up our new bed and enjoying it! Thanks Chris for the great suggestions and knowledge you brought to the situation.

I had a wonderfully experience at Mattress Firm. There are a few in the Lynnwood area, so make sure you go to this address:18811 28th Ave W D, Lynnwood, WA 98036. The one by Shane Co. Christopher helped me out and was able to direct me to the perfect mattress for me that fit my needs and budget within a few minutes. He was was friendly, personable, and professional, and he really hooked me up with the best deal on a mattress, FREE adjustable platform base, and sheets/pillow bundle. I left with everything I needed in one stop and was very pleased with the price I paid and the excellent service I received. Never knew shopping for a new bed would be such a fun and effortless experience. Highly recommend THIS store and ask for Christopher when you’re there!

Happy Fun Party Time (11/15/2020)

My husband and I just stopped in to try out mattresses because we know we need a new one. Though we weren’t expecting to find one we both liked on our first outing, we were pleasantly surprised that we agreed on one pretty easily! Jason, the sales associate, was very helpful and walked us through all of our options and completed the sale smoothly.
