Andy was great and knowledgeable. His customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received. I work in customer service so I know how hard it can be. His positivity, demeanor, and ability to multitask with multiple customers is very valuable! He also makes sure to really break down the prices and explains the cost for everything. This is the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for a mattress. Nick was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and helpful in every way. Even when I had to return the first mattress for something firmer, the service the second time around was just as good as the first. No pressure just great deals and great service. I would highly recommend mattress Depot in Lynnwood to anyone.
Easy to purchase a matress and frame 8 months ago. The frame broke and is under warranty. It is a basic frame they keep in stock. They said it would take several days and they need to contact their district manager to take care of this. Disappointing employees aren't empowered to take care of customers. Disappointing we are without a usable frame for several days. **Update after making this post they called and we were able to go get the frame. Andy is great, definitely deserves to be empowered **
Jim C. was incredible!!! My boyfriend recommended me this store and because my boyfriend was a previous customer. Jim hooked me up with all the deals -I got a deal you just cannot beat! There was no pressure. I was literally in and out of the store within the hour. Great store and I felt extremely comfortable picking out my items. I am 100% happy with my purchase. I even referred a few more friends to this location as well. :)
It’s really nice to be about to go into a store and try out a bunch of beds. I appreciate that they weren’t too pushy!
