Service is OK. It depends on which salesperson helps you. Furniture quality is good, prices too if you wait for their sales. Giving them 3 stars because they took more than 5 months to deliver our couch when we were told it would take at most 3 months (this was before the pandemic).
Went in this afternoon to purchase a couch and 6 employees completely ignored me and instead talked with each other about politics. How inappropriate. You lost a customer that was very willing to spend a lot of money.
Great selection over here - good deals they got sale until 20th of September few days left they got this reclining power couch for 2 ppl the grey couch on floor you can take it away uhaul for 700$ crazy deal go grab it - asap
Bought some furniture the sales person my wife and I worked with is Amy she was the best. She was not pushy like sales people can be and was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend Macy furniture store I have bought multiple things from them now and definitely will continue doing business with them in the future.
