Great service! We didn’t realize how bad our original bed was until we tested these new beds! Justin was amazing from the start, he was very knowledgeable and really helped us find the perfect bed for our sleeping styles! He was very responsive to our needs and was not aggressively trying to close a sale, but genuinely wanted to help with our overall health/sleep by finding the perfect bed! Highly recommended
I am leaving a 5 star review, despite the incredible rudeness shown me from their corporate office. Justin did an awesome job showing me options and leading me to the perfect bed. They got it delivered a week early and the set up was very professional. My first night of sleep was perfect, until the corporate office decided 8:19AM on a Sunday, was time to wake me up and ask me to leave a review. I’ll say the local effort was definitely 5 stars. Corporate, 0 stars.
Gerald helped us today to find the mattress of our dreams and I cannot say enough about the customer service we received! Thank you so much. We left super happy. Hopefully we never have to buy another mattress, but if we do, we’ll be coming back to see Gerald.
Cassie was very helpful in purchasing my first mattress! Super quick and painless, thorough explanation and not pushy with the extra’s she has to offer. Then when I had a delivery issue with the first mattress, she went above and beyond to get me a great replacement mattress, quickly! Definitely would recommend this location and specifically Cassie!
Great experience! Gerald was patient, informative, and helped keep us on track with our budget. He made it almost impossible not to get a new mattress. Very happy with the customer service I received. If you need a new mattress, I would definitely recommend coming here and speaking with Gerald! Very excited for the arrival of our new mattress.
