While I was there a person who I guess was probably a manager was absolutely berating one of the employees on and on and on very loudly in the middle of the show room. It was very uncomfortable to hear and see and no matter what this guy might have done (which from what I could understand was he took a private phone call) It definitely did not merit the response that everybody had to listen to. I won’t be spending money at a business the treats their employees like trash
I only like this place because they have beautiful furniture. Wasn't impressed with the salesman. I'll come back and buy some furniture anyway. Where did the salesman go that actually told you about the furniture, durability, material and style? He just kept saying let me know if you have any questions.
Bought pull-tab recliner chair. Took home and immediately had trouble locking in sitting position or staying in reclining position. Also leg rest was very uncomfortable without support. Called store to exchange for another piece of furniture but was sent a technician who added a tiny bit of fluff to pad non- supported leg rest.nBottom line: manager refused to exchange chair. Recliner is useless and JR Furniture does NOT stand behind their products. My husband and I are 70 and needed recliner for post surgeries. Company not trustworthy.
The prices are great and really like looking around the showroom. Cheetah was kind of condescending, though. It all made sense once I seen his vanity plate on his car.
Great selection and prices. You can customize your own couch, pretty cool. Sales guy wasn't high pressure but very helpful. We will be returning when we decide what to get.
