Be careful of the Karen Caleb that works at the store who likes to get upset because I had my mask below my nose telling me that they are watching the cameras giving these guys my money and I’m still wearing a mask but Karen wants to throw a fit because I have it below my nose I doubt they are watching cameras honey and I’ve been in this joke of a place for about a hour!!! It’s hard to breathe with this thing after awhile!!! Thanks Caleb you earned the store a nice review.nI will say the guy that help us was great!

Came here for a quick solution, was told it was quick and easy. It was not. Of course no one wants a locked Tmobile device so I got a new $1500 apple phone because Tmobile said you just drop in the sim card and go. 2 hours later these guys are still on the phone with tech department trying to get new phone connected. Went through all this because they could not figure out why my other brand new iphone hot spot was slow. Tmobile failed me at all this so I also bought a tmobile Hot Spot device and a service plan for it because i was told I could hook up a 2nd line for almost free instantly. well 2nd visit to the store and they say that takes another 2 hours so I gave up and just paid full price so i could leave after missing 2 days of work over it. while waiting for hours in the tmobile store for them to connect with techs by phone, a salesman talks me into buying a cordless bluetooth for $500 citing it is the best wireless bluetooth speaker in the world and the largest of its kind. They offer to open it and display the sound for me only if I agree to buy it. Then I see that its not selling for $500 anywhere online, actually $250 at ALL other tmobile stores. They offer to sell it to me for $250 suddenly and they open it for me but claim they cant get it to play unless they plug in the cord that charges the internal batteries to get it to work. I trust them and take it home to find out its corded power, not cordless just requiring a charge, it does not have internal batteries at all and requires a cord at all times to power up. I attempt to return it, they refuse because they opened the box already to false advertise it to me......nAlso we find out, I did not need to buy a new phone at all from tmobile or a new iphone from apple after all, because nothing is wrong with either of my 2 new tablet devices or both my new iphones, it is a tmobile issue, be careful who you trust. Pretty disappointed, especially after receiving the worst possible Tmobile service when I cancelled 8 years ago and coming back to give them another chance, very disappointing to say the least.nNext, I put these plans in my company business name to avoid credit inquiries while purchasing a new home. I and my person social security number are listed only as guarantor, however Tmobile inquired my credit against my wishes anyway, which was not until 2 weeks after they provided service, so credit inquiry is not even required pre purchase. In case you dont know, credit inquiries hurt your credit when buying a new home.nLastly, 2 weeks of attempting to disconnect my service and refund my money has been HELL. Tmobile cant find my account to disconnect but can keep billing me. Spent hours and hours on the phone, provided my social security number and address and my name and even read them the sim card number and they claim they can not find my accounts to cancel service, but they keep sending bills so i had to change my banking account information and hire a lawyer to file a Washington State Attorney's Generals Complaint against Tmobile to get anything done at all. What the hell is Tmobile doing to people?????????
