I went with the purpose of looking at phones that our business account manager had told me I could upgrade to. The person who helped me was completely incompetent saying multiple times that although our account had upgrades that I still had to pay full price plus activation fee for any phone and I eventually said I needed to call my business account person back to clarify since he had given me two affordable options for an 8+ or an XR and she was telling me the opposite. I wasn’t rude. I just have a very old phone that no longer functions and was hoping to be able to process the upgrade at the store. The other person working stared at me as I left as in all the way to the car and out of the parking lot. Super strange and very uncomfortable and unreasonably poor customer service. I have only ever visited the store next to our office in Shoreline and the service there is excellent, but they are closed for remodeling. ,
