I like the convenience of being able to drop off Amazon returns there, and the people are nice and helpful. However, the store suffers from a lack of organization within it's various departments which can make finding a particular item within any department difficult.
Kohls has the best nike and adidas gear and its not pricey!

Looks like a nice place to browse, but I came to do an Amazon return.
Be patient and kind! The staff were amazing, but the escalator going down was broken, so everyone upstairs had to use the one elevator to get back downstairs... One at a time. I was there for an online order pickup on a Saturday afternoon and the line at customer service was very reasonable. The line at the elevator was a little more of a pain, though. I ended up making another purchase, too, and only one set of registers was open, so that was another line to patiently wait in, as the cashiers had to wipe down the counter and card machines after each customer. Again, the personnel were in good spirits and very helpful, so that made a big difference!
