Katy helped my partner and I effortlessly transfer a line of service that has been a headache for the last 8 months- getting the run around with the customer service line and website. She was so kind and helpful and helped me get the best plan and insurance for the number of lines I needed, ultimately saving me money. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and SO nice. Store manager KATY is excellent supportive & down to earth lady. The problem which AT&T Redmond, woodinville store manager was not ready to solve & just told me to talk to customer care to avoid but katy spent1 hour on phone with customer service dig out all details & saved my 700$. Her staff is also good.
The staff was knowledgeable and professional, took their time explaining the different plans and options, got me my employer discount. Great experience!
