I brought in my iPhone with various questions and tasks, which could be challenging for even the experienced customer service rep. I think her name was Anna; she was being patient, asked around to get me the right answer, while being apologetic about the time they were spending to resolve my questions. She gave me a very useful information about free line addition without any extra cost. I understand that waiting time can be discouraging, and staring at the phone for over 5 minutes without getting help can be frustrated, but this branch at least corrected every tasks I asked, and it was above my expectation especially during pandemic. Thank you!
Negligent staff and especially the manager guy who greeted at the entrance alongside another girl was terrible. He asked the girl to help me and he was roaming around the store. The girl wasn’t even able to communicate properly and uninterestingly answering my questions when I was there to buy two brand new iPhones. Very bad experience, I should find another store in Bothell to stop by!
Horrible experience. Store manager Jeremy is unprofessional, staff is not properly trained. I have done research on the tvision tmobile offers, wanted to switch from Verizon to tmobile w the port in credits and tvision, as well as purchasing new iPhone now we have trade ins. Manager jeremy deflected my questions and passed my account off to an other person. Felt very disrespected and the young girl was not educated on how to offer us the promotions. We left after 2.5 hours. Bad! We are switching
