Our salesperson was very pleasant and helpful. He did the best possible except for the confines of the Verizon Billing System. I finally after 4 days have some billing totals for the coming months but without breakdowns of what the costs are. Much higher than advertised. I hope this will have been a good transfer of service.
Yikes! Do NOT go here! I was going to purchase a new phone and line outright. They have almost no phones on display and the Pixel phones are in the Motorola section. I asked if they had a list of phones in stock that they sell and they said no?! How do you sell phones if you don't tell people what you have in stock?nnThe person I spoke to sounded like they have never used a smartphone in their life. I've been in so many smartphone stores in my life and this takes the cake for worst store I've been to. Are you even trying to sell products? You just lost a $1k+ sale. This guy wasn't even trying.
Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and really worked with me to make informed choices about what services, options and products fit my needs and worked best for me. A pleasant cell phone purchasing experience.
Verizon Agent TyeLeah Nanto is a great employee at this Verizon store. She is very helpful, courteous, and really cares about her clients. Tye should be recognized for her outstanding work. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this Verizon store in the future. I would also like to recognize Tim for his great service. He was very patient helping out my family and also helping replace my grandmother's flip phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone for their outstanding customer service for their customers!
