Honestly best place to get screwed! Go to a corporate T-Mobile way better. I just wanted to pay my bill yesterday.
Benjamin is super nice and very friendly. did a great job considering he just switched from sprint to T Mobile and is using a new system. Very helpful.
They said they fixed the problem..... didn't..... found out b4 I left parking lot....went back 2nd time said definitely fixed now....again tried in parking lot...nope....went back a third time the store manager finally called another manager because she didn't know what she was doing.....finally fixed.....50 minutes of my time for something that should have taken 5 minutes.....the 2 in that store the one right next to Panera dumb as rocks
Joe the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me fix some billing issues i had been dealing with as well as got me into this sweet new Google Pixel 4XL, Man this phone is amazing,Thank you for all your help and amazing customer service.
