We are incredibly pleased with Tails-A-Waggin’! We have been using them for boarding for about 5 years now. I honestly don’t understand why they have such awful reviews. The staff obviously loves animals and are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They are even understanding of any special requests we have. We had a Siberian Husky who sadly has passed now, but he loved going. He was always so happy when he got to go to Tails-A-Waggin’ and happy when he got home. We also have a 13 year old Pomeranian that we take to them. She is always happy when she goes to them as well. She has gotten a little grumpy in her old age and doesn’t like interacting with other dogs so much anymore, but she loves human interaction so she requires quite a bit of human attention. They understand that, and they always offer to give her extra loving which is so comforting to us. Our pups have never been overly hungry or thirsty when we get them home which shows us that they were properly fed and given plenty of water during their stay. And the price is very reasonable. Overall, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with Tails-A-Waggin’ and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to board their fur babies.

We were going out of town for 8 nights. Our younger dog fears strangers and will occasionally growl and bite. I was especially worried about the older lab with arthritis. When I picked them up the handler brought both dogs out looking happy and healthy. Buddy jumped right up into the car so they had obviously been tending to his arthritis, giving him meds and making him comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the staff does a good job.

It saddens me to see all of the bad reviews for such a great place. I have been taking Dante`, our Akita there for a couple of years anytime we travel or have unexpected stays w/o him. I always hate dropping him off because I can tell that he won't miss me at all, lol. He gets so excited when he gets there, the staff just LOOoooovesss him and it's quite clear that he loves them back. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating, and kind to us. Truly hate to see Tails... get such bad reviews as we had tried different boarders before we chose Tails... and we have not yet regretted our decision in trusting them with Dante`. I hope that you (reader) will have an open dialogue with Tails... to help them to improve in any areas where they may be failing, but to also encourage you to give them a chance to show you how awesome they are. I haven't boarded in awhile, this is usually my goto place because the price is right and my dog is happy and tired everytime I pick her up. She doesn't even look back at us when dropping her off... However, PLEASE get an electronic reservation system.. waiting for yall to go through this little stack of cards, not being able to find my dogs reservation, twice in a row, is kinda frustrating.. it can't be THAT hard to get a computer up front and come up with a better system for reservations, an old computer would save yall so much time and help speed up those drop-off lines that I've experienced there.
