Went to another mattress store first. Just wasn’t right. Went to Mattress Firm. Roger was SUPER AWESOME!!! Very friendly, not pushy! Asked questions, listened to the answers. We dealt with Roger Morris today and I don’t think I can describe how amazing he was. My wife and I came in juggling a 3 year old and a new born, so naturally it was difficult to try out mattresses but Roger made sure he helped us out in every way he could. He being retired military and I being active duty he gave me an incredible deal on a brand new bed after our was destroyed in our recent relocation. Thank you Marysville Mattress Firm Store #508021. We will definitely be back in the future all thanks to Roger.
My wife and I came in to buy a bigger (King) bed. We did not know what style or firmness we wanted and the person we worked with, Roger, was very patient and helpful. Roger showed us several mattresses that he thought we would like and he was spot on. Roger was able to explain the materials of the mattresses to me and it made sense. I would highly recommend this location and the staff.
Roger Morris helped my mom and brother purchase two new much needed Temper-Pedic beds on Sunday September 13th. He was polite, humorous, listened, and was very informative in helping them find comfort in a new bed. From explaining the different types of beds he recommended to the delivery process, he did fantastic! My mom even mentioned to him that she will definitely come back to buy from him again in the future. Roger was awesome! Thank you for taking care of my family!
Was the best decision going to this store, after checking other stores. Very much surprised! Friendliest and accommodating staff, customer service at its best. And on top of that — real deals!!
