this store allowed a online order and pick up of the item without checking the card. or the id to see if they even matched. this was a fraudulent purchase made with my dads debit card. the bank is looking into this matter but until. then my dad. is out 273 dollars. thanks best buy

So helpful, so nice. There's no bs with any of their services in my experiences. Geek Squad protection plan is priceless should any problems arise. Best of all, there's no snobbery like the majority of electronics (and the majority of all retail) stores. Love em.
