Dylan and Brandon were able to answer all of my questions regarding my upgrade, products and services AND get me in and out of the store under an hour. They both are very professional and knowledgeable. Well-rounded representatives and highly recommend.
Pulled up to the store, saw the employees rush to put their masks up, no big deal, people can do what they want. My wife goes inside without a mask, and gets turned away for not wearing a mask?nnVery hypocritical.
Switching to sprint has been a very big mistake. I never have service all of my lines are always roaming or never have any service at all. The service quality is terrible. I pay more than double for my phones and get way worse service. Also I signed up at this location. The representatives at sprint lie! I was severely lied to at this store when I signed up lied about everything the cost the benefits. Then every month I have to call sprint to try and fix these issues every time they say it is resolved and they made the changes however it is not because it happens every time. I am not happy at all with the customer service of sprint and the service quality is terrible. Do not put your trust in sprint they will lie to your face and waste your money!

There are a couple really great and knowledgeable folks here and a couple not quite as knowledgeable just yet... also average service time for minor issues or questions is approx. 1hr... seems average at phone stores though!
