She even took the time to review our account and found an extra discount we didn’t know about. Daryle Lee, the manager was fabulous. He was there when we had additional questions. Great store for your cell phone needs. I would have gave them 5 stars but my credit card was declined then I went to the store after we left there and it worked fine. The staff is friendly and are knowledgeable.
Every time I go to this location They are always very helpful and informative. They help me take care of things like registering products And other activities that I could do at home. This helps me speed up the process since they know which tabs to click and which settings I need. ufffc
Website says open but the Marysville location being closed. So I get here and it's closed. Another let down by AT&T.
This store is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people who are happy to help. I brought my phone with a cracked screen to them and they were able to transfer all my data to my replacement phone without an issue. They also taught me how to retrieve my photos from the cloud, and came out to my car to sync my bluetooth. I highly recommend this location as the best AT&T store in the Smokey Point area, and I will be using them exclusively in the future.
