Always friendly. Only downside is that they really do not have a way to keep condiments sanitary. That kind of sucks. But always a good time.
No masks worn by employees, even when we asked if they would, they outright refused. We used to love going here, but if they don't respect COVID-19 health and safety rules, who says there aren't other health and safety issues at this location. I'm very disappointed.
Went to get fro-yo today with my daughter. I was surprised to see that they still did self serve. I asked about sanitation and one worker said she was just now going to wipe off the dispenser handles which she did. The spoons for the toppings were not sanitized before, during, or after we were there. Neither employee wore a mask. I asked one worker why they didn’t wear masks and she said they didn’t have to. I asked why and she said her manager said it was up to each employee whether they wanted to wear one or not. Then she offered to give me the manager’s contact info.
I live this place! Clean, great topping options and friendly! Will go as much as possible! ❤ufe0f
