My husband and I had a great experience with the salesperson. She explained everything to us and set up my phone to where I just had to add my apps and faves. Great location, friendly, and very informative...keep up the great work!!!
Well. I needed to change my voicemail password as I forgot it when I got an iPhone and using visual voicemail . Thought the visual voicemail would delete my voicemail box with Verizon, but NO... anyway first thing they the door was for you gave a mask to wear ?’so I got a mask and went back in the store. The tech made a quick call to Verizon and while on hold she up and sold me a new iPhone se 2 . Complete with otter box protector and a thirty five dollar discount . Oh and got the tech from Verizon to assign a new password for my voicemail. Now you all can leave me a message again. Anyway she was most helpful. Most friendly. And she didn’t make fun of my mask.

I’ve been trying to support this business for the last several years but after the fourth time of going in there and having them lie to me or mess up my account I will not be returning. They will tell you anything to try and sell something and it takes them hours to process anything as no one in the store has a clue of how to do their job. I try to shop local and support businesses in our town but I will not be doing any business with Russell cellular any more.
Being not the brightest when it comes to technology. I am so glad the people at the Blanding office knows the answers and could assist me in a professional manner.
