We were helped quickly and competently, but during our time there music came over the speaker with extremely vile lyrics. That really caught me by surprise. I asked the employee to shut it off, which he did. There should be rules about what music they should be allowed to play.
Lilly rocks she has gone out of her way to help me get my phone running. Always respectful and cheerful, never condescending like another phone store, since technology is definitely not my strong suit. Hell I still have 8 tracks I listen to. Don't let her get away!
I love this place! Went in after just switching to t mobile and they were the worst company everrr! Went in said “i need to switch” and they did everything in 10 minutes! Don’t remember the names of any of them sadly! Super nice customer service and super fast!! Literally so easy to switch❤ufe0f
Whenever I have a problem it doesn't matter what it is I've always brought back my phone with where Dave always helped me and showed me what was going on and how to fix the problem if it ever occurs again I have a lot of respect for them and I'm thinking of a few other things along the lines I have put out the word about T-Mobile in Mount Vernon when people help me I try to help them so it will be a win-win situation for everybody
They will put unauthorized insurance on your account if you want it or not. They will charge you for a glass screen protector if you want it or not.nThey will not give you a receipt, so you can't return the device or dispute these charges, and refuse to give it to you when asked.nnMetro is good. This store isn't.
