I went in today totally discouraged at how much a dealership was going to charge me for a new battery. I went to this o’Reilly and Diana the super smart knowledgeable employee not only helped me but she installed my battery! She is amazing and made my day so much better. Thank you Diana !!!

Drove to three separate locations in an attempt to purchase a cargo net I was assured both online and in person would be in stock. The last store I was sent to, in another county no less, had one in stock but insisted they didn't until I showed them their website confirming it was indeed in their inventory, at which time another employee who had been listening to the entire exchange admitted she was holding the item for someone else!

pretty busy store. popular with the locals. the staff seem to stay on top of things. i find myself preferring to deal with Taylor. she comes across as pleasant plus helpful in person and over the phone. autozone seems to always put me on hold right away when i call. Taylor didnt. thinking i might have to start shopping here instead of autozone.

Drove from out of town to get a part. Waited 4 hours hours for a part to be delivered, then walked in just to find out the part wouldn't be coming until the next day. The employee was nice but was very uninformed and unaware of the status for delivery schedule.

I have been to all if them between skagit and blaine all of them are goid stores with good people, knowledgeable, nice, an own point..
