Does not keep any of their chairs in stock, doesn't sell displays, and doesn't remove sold out product from sales floor. Don't bother.
My experience at this horrendous store was unbearable I saw first hand how the manager would not help it’s staff. He would just ignore them, saying to figure it out, that is just unacceptable. Never again will I go here.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Could teach customer service to other businesses. Thank you for being so kind to this customer, and not just once but every time.
The only rival is Staples. Glad these people are around. The one stop shop for office supplies, brick and mortar stores are the best way to get what you want, questions answered and the feel for your product before you buy it. The staff at these places are always helpful even if they don't really know what they are doing... They will find the answers for you and are happy to help with order fulfillment.
Every time I leave this place I think to myself that I need to give them a five star review! Customer service is amazing. They are so helpful and have decent prices.
