Most Best Buys are more or less the same, but I did have a fantastic experience with one of the television advisors yesterday where he really took the time to talk me through all the options and carefully consider my budget and not oversell me on warranties and things like that. I left with a great TV and no buyers remorse period cheers to the Burlington staff!
I used to shop around for electronics but I have become a Best Buy buyer. What I truly appreciate is the service AFTER you buy. Today was a perfect example. I was having trouble with my two year old laptop just out of warranty. I made my appointment with the geek squad and headed in fearing the worst. He checked it in and gave me estimates on diagnostics. “But wait a minute,” he said. “Let me check with my supervisor.” He took it back and together they realized I had a software issue and had inadvertently changed settings. He reset my computer and everything worked fine! “I should charge our minimum but that only took me a few minutes. You have a nice day ma’am.” That is service and is why my future purchases will be at Best Buy.
It was quick trip in n out. Had wait in line before it could be quick. Other then that friendly n helpful.
