I tried calling customer service first, then they told me to go to the original point of sell. That is not ok. I have tried calling this location many times and no one ever answers the phone! You would think that for a place that sells phones, they could answer theirs!

Thank you Thomas for the patience helping me set up my new tmobile service. You were detailed and thorough and helped get my best deal. I felt bad that i got there at 10 and the line grew to 10 people at least. None of them able to be helped. Thomas did well keeping calm even tho customers were being very rude. Send this man some employees!
