Rent-A-Center

This company and the way the run things is a joke. I bought a bed and tv from them the first bed i bought didn't function properly the second bed they took back because i couldn't afford it. I signed up for a program that was supposed to help in an emergency and i've been out of work due to the pandemic and they didn't even tell me till i was behind that i needed to fill out forms when i asked so now that i'm out of work and losing everything they come and repossess my tv real classy

Horrible store and customer service communication is horrible my Furniture was damaged first day is was brought to my house and built inside rent a center truck outside my home by employees. I called and spoke to Eric. I was told he would order me new undamaged furniture..nthat never happened but I was told repeatedly by different employees in the store including Tristian and Gilbert, Derek and Eric that I would receive my new furniture ultimately ended up telling me they no longer have it “after months of me waiting patiently” only for me to go online myself and to see that it was still available... so I called the store again was told Agian I would get it in a week And guess what .. it never happened AGAIN... rent a center never offered any kind of discount... another thing is them constantly calling and harassing me on the same day payment is due around 10 and 11 AM .. not even giving me until the end of day to login online and make a payment this store is a joke. Now that we are dealing with the covid pandemic I unfortunately ran into a week where I am late on my payment then I find out I have $40 in late fees on top on my payment which is only usually $33 after never having a late payment in over a year... I would not recommend this company to anyone go with Wayfair or Aarons for sure do not waste your time at this place it is a huge mess of a company and a waste of your money.

Huge mark up if you rent to own, but if you want to just rent something for a week it's generally only 20 or 30 bucks a week.

Driver of truck p2304 is a terrible driver. I guess that matches this terrible companies business practice
