Went in to change my phone plan and look into getting an Apple Watch. It turned into an amazing visit. Cathy was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She helped me change my plan to one that fit me perfectly and helped me pick out an Apple Watch that I ended up falling in love with. She helped me do the math on how much everything would cost. I ended up having discounts on my account and the Apple Watch was on sale so it was even better! All in all it was the best visit ever!! Highly recommend the TCC Verizon in anacortes!!
Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. The store was busy; we were greeted immediately upon arrival. I listened to his interactions with other customers and they left satisfied. While our purchase was minimal, he was able to also offer a discount. Thank you for your enthusiastic, superb service. We will be back.
The gentleman was extremely helpful last January when I went. I plan on taking my mom in today...update: once again a 5 star experience. The gal was so helpful. She went above and beyond her usual responsibilities. I highly recommend this location for all of your Verizon needs!
