Wow! James is wonderful. When my computer crashed, I called his business. He fixed it and got it ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Amazing. Then recently he replaced my drive, transferred all my data and now things run faster. Again, within 24 hours. I can't imagine there is anything he could do to make this experience more perfect.
Had ten years of web design and graphics file on an external drive. James got the circuit board on the drive replaced. We were then able to send the disc drive on to a second facility to recover data. Two part solution but he did his part superbly.
