Very unprofessional.
When we showed up for our appointment, we saw the photographer lady literally leave as we showed up. Within about 5 minutes our whole team is now here and ready to take pictures. Except we’re missing something, the photographer! So we are all waiting for about 15 minutes not knowing where she is, but when she shows up she has groceries. So we were pretty frustrated that she left at the appointment time to get groceries.
Really not structured well. I think they had me sign a contract, but there were not printed details about my contract. It was all verbal communication, so when I tried to get a solid price for all of my wedding costs, she would not commit to one price. Then when I tried to cancel my sessions with her, she finally told me the price, which was way more than it started out as.
They have done my kids soccer and school pictures. Every time they are horribly washed out. I understand that they are local and so schools and businesses want to support them... but even Lifetouch is better than this.
When i recieved my sons pictures they had cropped the top of his head off of his pictures I ordered and paid for. I did not get my digital copy of his picture, that was included in the packet. I have tried to contact them numerous times If for nothing else so I could get his digital copy so I could order a picture not missing the top of his head. Poor customer service and pictures.
