Ideal Image Tacoma

The staff at the Tacoma location is amazing. Customer service is excellent and the quality of product and service they provide is awesome. They take great care in their assessment of your needs, the recommended treatment, delivery of those treatments, and follow up. They keep you looking beautiful without the need for going under the knife. I highly recommend this location of Ideal Image. Thank you Lindsey for being an amazing artist...Jessica for always providing outstanding advice and service and Kayley....I believe the entire team there is equally amazing!

This review is on behalf of my teen daughter. Although she did complain of the pain related to the hair removal process, she is happy with the impacts Laser Hair Removal has done for her confidence and image. Full disclosure, she knows her treatment providers Remy/Destiny, but understands how incredibly lucky she is to be able to have such treatments. She highly recommends this for any mature teenager willing to trade some pain for unwanted hair and in growns. It made her life easier!

Karen and Lindsay are my favorite. I've had a lot of issues with scheduling, the phones and just coming in for service but these guys make me feel wonderful and welcome. And I am so happy I'm getting to better myself.nn(Only 4 stars because the phones have been an issue, other than that -5)

Don’t waste your time they just want your money and to not help you. I’ve been trying to contact someone for months about a question with my loan. Called dozens of times and emailed and no response. Then they just cancelled my appointment and I haven’t been able to reschedule.

I was slightly concerned that someplace that is supposed to be professional has to cobble together pillows and hospital bedside tables to support my arms while receiving treatment. Also the chairs to sit in while being treated are uncomfortable and I always feel like I am going to slide off. I would like to see chairs like at a dentist, that tilt and recline. I also would like to have the option of having a machine for each side instead of having to sit through 4 separate evolutions. Maybe a machine could run 2 devices at once?
