VERY RUDE! A LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE, PASS THE PHONE TO ANOTHER LADY, SHE GOT ON THE PHONE VERY IRRITATED AND EXPLAINING ABOUT HER PERSONAL PROBLEMS WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN OPERATING A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. MY LOVE ONE HAVE NOT RECEIVED HER TOMBSTONE YET AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 120 DAYS. OUR FAMILY HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR THE TOMBSTONE AND OUR FAMILY IS STILL WAITING ON OUR LOVE ONE TOMBSTONE AFTER 3 MONTHS. WHEN I CALLED THE LADY SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT FEEL LIKE BEING BOTHERED AND HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE.
My mother in law passed away in February of 2018, it is December 9th, 2019. We ordered a headstone with the understanding that it would take 2-3 months. Merced monuments has been completely avoiding my grieving family over the last year. When we call they are rude, evasive, and have no answers only excuses. When we go in, they have nothing but more excuses. We witnessed people have their stones ordered after us and installed before ours. Our mother/wife/grandmother/sister/daughter/and friend needs a headstone so that we her family can visit during the holidays (Our first holiday without her, the most important one) when we are missing her the most. We want her headstone installed before Christmas of 2019 or we will take our experience to local media and to the better business bureau to file a complaint. All we want is to be able to grieve our mother during Christmas and bring flowers to her gravesite at the headstone we pain in full for and have waited over 10 months for.
Very rude absolutely no phone etiquette, especially the type of work that is being done people are calling in an emotional state having to bury a loved one not interested whatsoever in doing business with this company
